It was a simple Skype interview, no video involved. They asked general questions, plus some about The Borgen Project to see if you get it and are passionate about the org, and about your personal strengths and weaknesses. The interviewer was super nice, and they were actually an HR intern too. You pick a time slot online, and then the interview itself is about 15 mins. Super basic and standard, questions weren't hard.

I applied online and they got back to me in a few days to do an assessment quiz, which I had a week to finish. After I sent it in, they emailed me the next day to set up a 10-minute Skype call. They only asked six questions during the call, covering basic stuff like how I found out about them, if I'd ever been fired, any fundraising experience, what my weaknesses are based on feedback, if I can work 16 hours a week, and what makes me stand out from other people. I got the offer the day after that.

The whole process was very quick and easy, taking about 30 minutes. I got a response within a day saying I was successful. The interviewer was really nice and we had an easy conversation. I'm just not sure how real this opportunity is, though.
