First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Bonadio Group.
Audit Associate
Super easy process! It was a casual chat during an on-campus interview event. I signed up for the interview at my university, and that in-person meeting was the whole thing. I got an offer pretty quickly after. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll probably take the offer.
- Which class has been your favorite so far?
- And which class has been your least favorite?
Internal Auditor
Ghosted after 3 rounds, which says a lot about them, so consider that if you're taking time off work. All interviews were remote. First was with HR, second with the hiring team, and the last one was with the VP. Thought it went well, but plans must have changed. I guess I dodged a bullet!
- What are your long term goals?
Audit Intern
It was a really casual chat, the interviewer made it feel really comfortable and I had a good time talking with them. They asked mostly behavioral questions and gave really good answers to my questions.
- What was your favorite class?
