Super easy process! It was a casual chat during an on-campus interview event. I signed up for the interview at my university, and that in-person meeting was the whole thing. I got an offer pretty quickly after. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll probably take the offer.

The first step was a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the VP and Director of the training department. They decided to go with someone else and gave me feedback on why I wasn't selected.

Ghosted after 3 rounds, which says a lot about them, so consider that if you're taking time off work. All interviews were remote. First was with HR, second with the hiring team, and the last one was with the VP. Thought it went well, but plans must have changed. I guess I dodged a bullet!
