First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Bliss Group.
Account Executive
Had a few interviews. It was great to ask questions to VPs from different departments. I learned a lot and it seems like a good place to work. The questions were difficult, but they were upfront about everything. The writing test was hard but manageable.
- How would you prioritize your tasks?
Account Executive
First, there was a phone chat with two interviewers. Then, an on-site interview happened. I talked with three different sets of two people. Each interview was a relaxed Q&A, followed by a casual chat about the job and the company. Everyone was nice, but it felt a bit too laid-back and maybe not super professional.
- What is your understanding of B2B public relations?
Account Executive
Communication was a bit slow on their end, but the interviews themselves were pretty straightforward. Everyone I spoke with was very talkative, so it helps to be someone who can easily connect and hold a conversation. It was also a nice touch that they let me know who would be interviewing me beforehand.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself?
- What attracts you to public relations?
