Behavioral

The interview process was very smooth! It started off with a recruiter call that was very casual and just went through my background. Then there was a call with the team I was interning with which was another very casual conversation but was more detailed about my experiences.

It was a 30 min HR call where they asked me behavioral questions and asked me to explain my duties on my resume. HR answered all my questions at the end. Good first interview experience.

Behavioral

The HR manager seemed unfocused, unsure of what they were seeking. Coordinating schedules with the staff was difficult, and they were unaware of each other's whereabouts, which led to wasted time during my interview. There's a clear hierarchy in this organization. Another supervisor mentioned they didn't do any pitching, implying it's below them and reserved for entry-level roles. I appreciated that the interview was scheduled during lunch, which didn't interfere with my own schedule.

Behavioral Presentation

Communication was a bit slow on their end, but the interviews themselves were pretty straightforward. Everyone I spoke with was very talkative, so it helps to be someone who can easily connect and hold a conversation. It was also a nice touch that they let me know who would be interviewing me beforehand.
