It started with some games which were a bit of a drag, then a video interview where you record yourself. After that, a Zoom chat with someone. Then, a series of back-to-back technical interviews with some Q&A. Finally, I think a recruiter will call about other parts of the process.

For the Real Estate Private Equity division, the interview process involved LBO maths, understanding why real estate, why BX, and mental maths. There were a total of four rounds plus an HR interview. The first two rounds consisted of a single interview each, while the third and fourth rounds each included three interviews. The interviewers ranged from senior associate to VP to MD.
