Customer Service Representative
I applied in person with my resume and the store's application form (this is done online now). Within a few days I got a phone call from the manager for an interview. Typically you do two interviews, one with the store manager and another with the district manager. I just had one interview with both of them there at the same time. It was a pretty basic interview, it felt more like an informal chat. I was shown around the warehouse and asked how I am with standing and lifting. She called back within a day to offer me the position and I started a few days after that.
- Given that this job requires a lot of lifting, how do you feel about that?
- How comfortable are you with standing for extended periods?
- What is your comfort level with lifting?
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty straightforward process. I applied both online and in person to give myself the best shot at getting an interview. I only had one in-person interview, and they offered me the job just a couple of days after that. I'm really happy here; the work environment and my colleagues are great, the pay is good, the hours are flexible, and there are a lot of benefits.
- What are your strengths?
- Do you have any leadership experience?
Customer Service Representative
I applied by sending my resume. About two weeks later, I got a call from the manager, and then a week after that, I met with her and another manager from a different store. The week after our meeting, they called me to offer me the job. I was working about 12 hours a week for a long time until I got promoted.
- What are your math skills?
- Do you like working with the public?
