Sales Associate
It was a laid-back interview since I got referred by friends and family to the business. The interviewer was nice enough to give me an opportunity, and the conversation felt pretty understanding.

Store Manager
You’ll get an email from the HR recruiter to set up an initial phone interview where they’ll ask basic questions about your experience and salary expectations. If they like your answers, you’ll have a face to face meeting with the District Manager and HR. References will be requested about a week later if they are interested, and if that goes well, you’ll get an offer.
- Can you explain how your previous experience aligns with the requirements outlined in the job description for this role?
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty straightforward process. I applied both online and in person to give myself the best shot at getting an interview. I only had one in-person interview, and they offered me the job just a couple of days after that. I'm really happy here; the work environment and my colleagues are great, the pay is good, the hours are flexible, and there are a lot of benefits.
- What are your strengths?
- Do you have any leadership experience?
Strategy Manager
They asked me about my base salary expectations. Then they asked why I chose Beer Store. After that, we talked about my client management experience and my project management experience. Finally, I was asked what my questions were and what I thought the next steps would be.
