Behavioral Technical

I had an initial interview with HR, which went well and covered my experience and technical skills with software like Excel. Then they moved me forward to the second round. Before this interview, they sent me links to review and encouraged me to research the company and relevant studies. However, during the 2nd round, the person interviewing me seemed totally uninterested and cut the conversation short multiple times. Despite all the time I spent preparing prior to the interview, I felt disregarded almost immediately during that interview. As expected, about a week later, I was emailed a rejection letter.

Behavioral Case Technical

First, there was a 30 min Zoom call with the recruiter, it was all standard behavioral questions. Then, there were 2 parts: a 45 min case study with a manager and a live excel case to test your excel skills (mid-advanced level). Finally, a 45 minute case study with a senior level manager. The cases were typical consulting cases, not too hard but you should know your frameworks well and be ready for follow-up questions about your rationale. The team was super nice and you can tell they have a good culture.
