So I had an HR screening first, then two behavioral interviews with managers that were like 30 minutes each. After that, there was a 90-minute technical panel interview. The behavioral ones were pretty chill, just asking stuff like why I want to intern, what I know about the company, and to talk about something on my resume. One of them felt more like a chat about college and what I've been learning, not really an evaluation. The technical interview was pretty intense, though. They dug into my resume experiences and my background with all the tech I listed. There was a 45-minute coding part with two questions, mostly about manipulating strings. The interviewers were all really nice and seemed genuinely excited to talk about their work. The scheduling was a nightmare though, seriously almost made me quit the process. They rescheduled the behavioral interviews four times because the interviewer either didn't show up or had a conflict, so it felt like they didn't respect my time.

The entire hiring process spanned about three weeks. I initially applied online and heard back from a recruiter roughly a week later. A phone interview with the hiring manager took place two days after that. This call was quite straightforward, mainly focusing on my resume and project details. The subsequent week involved an in-person interview, which lasted around 4.5 hours. This consisted of three 30-minute one-on-one meetings with the hiring manager, the team's director, and the division's director. These discussions were informal, with a lot of focus on them presenting the company and the role. Following that, there was a 1-hour technical interview covering previous projects, the tools I utilized, and fundamental networking concepts. The on-site also included a 1-hour lab tour and a 1-hour lunch with team members. A verbal offer came through two days post-interview, with the formal written offer arriving the week after.

I had a 45 minute phone interview with my direct supervisor. It was very casual and only involved discussing details mentioned on my resume that I submitted online related to the position. It was very much an unscripted interview, so your experience may vary. Overall, it was a good experience.
