I went into the office for an in-person interview. They had me fill out a paper application, which felt pretty old-school for a digital marketing agency. The interview itself was fine, and then I had to do a pretty involved assessment. I sent everything in about a month ago, but I haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating because I put in a lot of time and effort. The lack of communication after the interview left a bad impression.

So happy to have finally found my job! All the other places that ghosted me, skipped interviews, or were dishonest about the role are in the past! I've poured 20yrs into sales, and I'm so thankful this company sees how my experience can be better used to hire & train more people like me, instead of just giving me a desk and a phone!!
