Behavioral Presentation

The interview experience was really bad. The recruiters weren't professional at all and didn't inform candidates about their selection status, leading to long waits. They also didn't respond to follow-up emails or LinkedIn messages. Some recruiters seemed more focused on appearance than skills, with one making a comment about a candidate's clothing. This reflects poorly on the company's HR management and culture.

Behavioral Presentation

I had applied through contacting one of the recruitment specialists contact I had received during a hiring fair on campus, and had heard back from HR within 2 weeks. Went through three in-person interviews with the senior team leaders, and manager. I was given the entire scope of the recruitment specialist role, along with the organization's culture which I gathered was very team focussed! It was great to speak with the HR manager herself, as she really took the time during the interview to have a thorough discussion about the role to see if it would be a suitable fit.

This was a really thorough interview because they wanted to get a good sense of what makes me tick, how I work with others, how I handle disagreements, and what my long-term career goals are. They do this to make sure they're bringing on the right person who will be as committed as they are.
