Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and was thrilled to hear back within 1-2 days because I was eager to start. The interview process had 3 stages, which I felt was fair. The first interview was with the General Manager, who discussed the company's past and present goals and its growth, including opening 5 new offices in the last year. I was then invited for a second interview with a top team leader who would be my trainer. This was interesting because we had a good conversation, and they explained my daily duties and the pay. Finally, I had a call with the General Manager to clarify a few details. I thought the process was well-structured, starting with company history from the GM and then moving to the person I'd work with, followed by a final touch-base. Each stage was necessary and presented by the right person. Great job!

I just had my first interview with them, and it didn't seem very professional. The reception area had really loud music playing, like you'd hear in a club. The questions were pretty basic; they just wanted to go over my resume and then asked me to discuss my past work experience. They also asked what I'm looking for in a future job and what could cause the company to fail.

Behavioral Technical

I had two rounds of interviews. The first was a short 15-minute preliminary chat with the manager where they asked about my strengths, goals, and past work. The second round, about 30 minutes, was with two senior marketing consultants, who are really sales folks. They asked similar questions and then explained the commission-based pay and the sales-driven advancement structure. After that, there was a quick final meeting with a general manager.
