We started with you introducing yourself, then we did a role-play where you acted as a customer advisor. After that, I asked some questions based on your resume and any previous experiences you might have that are relevant to what we're looking for.

We had a Teams/Zoom interview for this work-from-home position. It included a group interview, where we got to talk to other candidates, and an individual interview with a role-play exercise. The questions were challenging but fair. The staff were professional in their questions and attitude. It was a good experience overall.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I had a 20-minute phone call first, which was behavioral. A week later, I had about an hour-long virtual interview from my home. It had five behavioral questions where I had to use the STAR method. After that, there was a mock call, for which they had sent the format a few days before so I could prepare. The entire process was smooth and easy, with all the joining paperwork done remotely. My ECS check is taking a bit longer than usual.
