First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thales.
Manager
I really liked the interview process. They communicated clearly and on time. The interviewers were ready and seemed interested. They made it a conversation where I could show what I can do and felt appreciated. It showed me they have a good culture and a solid recruiting team. I'm excited about potentially joining them.
- Could you tell me about a personal accomplishment you're particularly proud of and how it has influenced your career path?
Office Manager
First, there was a screening Teams meeting with an HR recruiter from the US. Then, I had a Teams interview with the local department manager and the HR Manager. After that, I had another Teams interview with a VP in the US. I waited for weeks with no news. I eventually asked my original HR contact for an update and just got an automated rejection email from someone else.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
- What are your key skills?
- Which software applications are you familiar with?
Change Manager
The interview process was quite long and extensive preparation and practice were required. After the initial phone interview with the agent and the employer there were the following stages: aptitude test online (before the interview), presentation about your experiences to evidence your skills for the position you applied for, behaviour type of questionnaire and the actual interview with some standard and job specific interview phases.
- Could you present your previous work or projects and demonstrate how your skills align with the requirements of this role?
