I went through two different interview processes for two teams, both based at the Melbourne World Trade Centre. I made it to the final stage in both, but never heard back. They didn't say a word, and when I asked one of them for feedback, I still didn't get any.

First, there was a screening phone interview with the recruiting business partner, which was a 40-minute informal chat that led to an interview invitation. Then, a formal interview with the recruiting business partner and the role's manager took place on-site, lasting about an hour with typical interview questions covering the position, the organization, my current role, and my skills/strengths. Following that, an informal interview with the department director focused mainly on assessing my fit for the role and organization, and vice versa. Finally, an offer was extended over the phone, and a phone reference check was conducted the same afternoon, with the formal offer arriving the next business day.
