I applied for a job in the Netherlands and got called twice for personal details. After I gave them everything, they sent me another form with the same info, which didn't make much sense. I asked about basic stuff like salary, contract, vacation, and moving help, but they were super vague. They kept texting and calling instead of emailing. Then, after I emailed asking for clarity, they texted saying I wouldn't get an interview. It felt really unprofessional and not transparent at all.

The interview process began with a video call involving HR and the Line manager, lasting an hour. This was followed by an in-person meeting with the Country CEO, CTO, HR, and Line manager, which took 2.5 hours. Next, there was a 2.5-hour video call with the VP of HR and the VP of the Business Unit. An assessment test was then administered over 2 hours, followed by a 3-hour discussion about it. The process concluded with a site visit, contract signature, and a post-discussion about the assessment.
