The interview process had multiple stages and took a very long time, about 4-5 months from application to offer. The information provided was unclear, and I had to schedule an extra meeting to try and understand it better, but even then, the details were limited.

Very quick, first they give you a test via Test Gorilla, then the recruiter interviews you and then the manager.

Followed up quickly after I applied to set up the first interview. I joined the Zoom early but waited about 15 minutes. I emailed the interviewer to check if we were still meeting. He said he waited 5 minutes, but I never showed up. Assuming technical issues on one of our ends. He rescheduled another Zoom meeting, and it went well. He was very friendly and said he'd email more info and ask for my availability for a second interview. I never got the email and followed up the next week with no response. I actually got an email from the interviewer to an old email address about the open position with company info and job links. I replied saying I had already applied and hadn't heard back, and asked if I was out of consideration, but never got an answer. The job is still posted online, so I'm not sure if I was considered further (a reply either way would have been nice), or if I just fell through the cracks.
