After applying, they reached out for an initial interview. Honestly, it felt like they weren't really interested in working or contacting anyone; it was an awkward conversation. They emailed back saying they wanted to proceed, but two days later, another email came saying the position had been filled.

Followed up quickly after I applied to set up the first interview. I joined the Zoom early but waited about 15 minutes. I emailed the interviewer to check if we were still meeting. He said he waited 5 minutes, but I never showed up. Assuming technical issues on one of our ends. He rescheduled another Zoom meeting, and it went well. He was very friendly and said he'd email more info and ask for my availability for a second interview. I never got the email and followed up the next week with no response. I actually got an email from the interviewer to an old email address about the open position with company info and job links. I replied saying I had already applied and hadn't heard back, and asked if I was out of consideration, but never got an answer. The job is still posted online, so I'm not sure if I was considered further (a reply either way would have been nice), or if I just fell through the cracks.

It was an online interview that went for about 30 minutes. It felt pretty informal, mostly just a chat to see if we'd click. This is pretty typical for an Executive Assistant role since the job itself isn't overly complex. The main thing is making sure that the person and the role are a good mutual fit.

I had a brief initial call with HR, followed by a lengthy in-person interview lasting over 3 hours. During the in-person part, I met with five different people from the company individually. The staff were really great, and it gave me a good sense of the work environment and company culture.
