Manager contacted me shortly after I applied to set up an interview. He told me there were three steps where I had to download his online scheduling software to set up an interview, but every time I tried to access it, it didn't work. After emailing back and forth for several days, and him saying I was unreliable, he apologized for his responses, saying he was having technical problems on his end. He also forgot to mention a fourth step to move forward. Then, he emailed me almost every day for a week, including weekends, asking if I was still interested. I withdrew my application and unsubscribed.
