The interview process started with a recruiter call, then there was an interview with managers, and the final stage was onsite. I participated in the second round with the managers. After that, I was ghosted and haven't received any updates or rejections. I've reached out twice with no response. It's frustrating when companies waste candidates' time. Also, requiring business attire for a Zoom call felt excessive.

Textron came for campus recruitment in my college. HR's of the company are so good. They made the recruitment process so easy and relaxing. The only negative point of the company was that they put 3 people on hold including me and told us to wait for last telephonic interview round which was scheduled after 2 weeks. After the last round they rejected all of us saying that right now they don't have vacancy for us.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • All the questions which they asked in the last round were from SAP CO module as I have only studied about SAP SD and FI module.

I had two phone interviews and then five in person interviews. I also got to meet my future boss and the team I would be working with. They gave me a tour of the factory and I met the CIO. Everyone was really welcoming and nice. The questions didn't feel intrusive; they seemed aimed at getting to know me better.
