so for textron aviation the interview process for the customer engagement intern role went like this for me. i applied online and then heard back from a recruiter to schedule an interview. the first interview was with the recruiter where they asked about my background, my communication experience, and why i was interested in customer engagement and aviation. i talked about my campus roles, writing experience, and how i like working with people and audiences. after that, i moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. this one focused more on how i work on a team, handle events, communicate with customers, and deal with last minute changes. i explained how i stay organized and support larger projects without losing track of details. i also asked questions about the team, the internship timeline, and the kinds of customer engagement projects i would help with. then i wrapped up the process and waited to hear back.

The summer internship interview at Textron Aviation was totally online. HR prerecorded the interview questions, and you had to film yourself answering. You got two tries for each question.

I connected with Textron at my university's engineering career fair and was offered an interview for the following day. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay, so I had to wait. The interview itself was quite lengthy, around 45 minutes, and pretty intense. It started with an icebreaker question, then delved deeply into my past experiences, strong points, and areas for improvement. The interviewers were very pleasant, and I felt it went well overall.
