The interview went well. The hiring manager was extremely kind and asked many questions about my experience. It wasn't a very technical interview and was extremely informative. He told me a lot about the company and the position.

I got a call for an interview and we set a date. They booked my flight and hotel and said they'd cover meals. The interview day started early with a plant tour. Then HR chatted about benefits and why Cessna is a great place to work. After that, it was one-on-one interviews with folks like an engineering manager or specialist. HR then treated us all to a nice lunch. I heard back about the job offer about two weeks later.

I first met them at a career fair on campus and then got an interview through a friend. The first interview was on campus with two people, it was about 30 minutes and mostly behavioral and situational questions. A few months later, I had a phone interview with three managers, which was about 45 minutes and also focused on behavioral and situational questions.
