It was a pretty chill interview, but the salary they offered was ridiculously low given my extensive experience. A monthly salary of $3,000 is just not feasible. Nobody can make a living on that. For an institution that profits off students in every way possible, you'd think they'd pay their employees a decent wage.

Applied online and got an interview about a month later. It was a panel interview with 4 people, and the dress code was business casual. The interviewers were friendly and made jokes. They asked standard questions like 'Why did you apply?' and 'How do you respond to stress?'. I was told they'd decide by the end of the week and let everyone know. That was three months ago and I haven't heard anything. This happened last time I interviewed here too. I guess they don't bother following up with people who don't get the job.

I had two group interviews on different days, plus a typing, writing and Microsoft Excel test. The first group interview had the office coordinator and the Assistant Director. The Director was sick, so I had to go back for a second interview to meet her and the others.
