The first step was a phone chat to get acquainted. The second round was a bit of a mess, involving three assessments that took six hours in total. You had to write silly things like a memo. The tricky part was that without any instructions, you were given an Excel file, and then had to submit some of the work on other platforms to make it seem professional.

Technical Behavioral

It started with a phone interview. If that went well, you might get an assessment to see if you move to the next phase. This assessment could involve advanced Excel skills and knowledge of regression models, depending on what the job needs. Study up on it carefully... You don't necessarily need every single requirement, but having them will really help with the assessment.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was bad. It wouldn't load on my computer or school computer, so I had to use my phone. Two questions, it stopped recording after a few seconds and just moved on. It was simple questions and asked about the company and fewer behavioral questions.
