The phone interview was very relaxed and pleasant, at a comfortable level. The manager was very friendly. You knew what was next. Several questions were asked, and if you didn't know an answer, you were guided. It was clear how the process would proceed.

The company came to our college to recruit interns. We had to take a technical aptitude test first. Then, after about two weeks, they called the selected candidates for on-site interviews. In total, there were 3 rounds, and they shortlisted people after each round. One round was purely technical, another was HR, and the final one was a mix of both.
- Can you tell me about the most challenging situation you have encountered?
- How would you implement an op-amp to act as a differentiator?
- How would you implement an op-amp to act as an integrator?
Technical Sales
I first met with the TI Analog team lead at a career fair and we had an interview. He told me they would fly me down to Texas for an onsite interview. The next day, I got a call saying I interviewed with the wrong person and needed to interview again at the career center. I went to that interview and could tell the interviewer didn't like me from the start. I didn't get flown down, and two weeks later got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you experienced working as part of a team.
- Describe a great team you've been a part of and its key strengths.
