The HR rep was pretty direct. They laid out the job details, what's expected, and the main tasks. They also asked about other companies I'd interviewed with, which made me think they wanted to know about my career goals and where I stand in the job market. Plus, they dove into my product promotion background, asking for concrete examples and what skills I used. They seemed really focused on the tough situations I'd faced before and how I handled them, maybe to check out my problem-solving skills and if I can bounce back. The whole chat was about 35 minutes, and it felt like they were really digging into both my tech know-how and if I'd fit in with the team.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process, with a mix of behavioral and technical/situational questions. They asked a lot of STAR method questions, so it's good to be ready for those. I got an offer after my final chat.

This was for the technical Sales Engineer role, I went through 4 rounds. I applied online, interviewed once with HireVue (easy questions about yourself), the second time a couple of people were on the call and the questions weren't very technical and then I had another, final interview where it was three hours with three people who asked me technical and behavioral questions with the final in the day being a sales simulation.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the components of a bluetooth speaker?
  • They gave me a sales simulation document for my final (4th round).
