Equipment Engineer
Three interview stages for fresh graduates. First, an interview with the department manager, focusing on past internship experiences and university projects, with technical questions on real-world situations. Second, an interview with the department director and HR, covering past experiences and motivations to join the company, leaning towards behavioral questions. Third, an interview with the managing director, which could vary but would focus more on personality and confidence assessment.

Equipment Engineer
The interview process included four stages: first a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, and a director meeting all via Webex, and finally an onsite interview where I met the whole team. It was pretty intense, but manageable if you have solid experience.

Digital Engineer
So, for the on-campus recruitment, they started with a PPT presentation. After that, there was an online test. For the online test, we had to pick two domains, and each domain had 20 questions with a time limit of 45 minutes for each. There was also an additional aptitude section.
