The first round went fine, but then I heard nothing back about the second round. I followed up a couple of times but still got no reply. I thought it would be a more organized process.

The interview process starts with a recruiter or HR phone screen. Then, you'll have an interview with the managers of your team. Depending on the team, you might need to finish a take-home assignment before your second interview, but they give you plenty of time for it so it's not too hard. My interviewers were nice and it felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview, which was great. HR was also helpful and very accommodating.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with a phone screening where they asked some behavioral questions. Then I had a writing prompt. After that, I interviewed with a hiring manager. The final step was an interview with the director of SOC, which covered a lot of behavioral stuff and cybersecurity knowledge, like firewalls. You just gotta know your stuff. A downside was that they took a while to get back, so I had to keep chasing them.
