It was a 3 step process. First, I had to answer specific questions about the role and my studies by recording videos online. Second, I had an hour to an hour and a half long interview with the Hiring Manager and HR where they asked specific questions about the role and my experience. Third, I had an interview with the Director, conducted in English.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the role via LinkedIn and was initially screened by the recruitment manager who reviewed my CV. Following that, I was invited for a group interview and then a second round of interviews, both conducted by members of the HR Team. They used a mix of situational and factual interviewing techniques. The interviews were a bit challenging, and I didn't receive any feedback. I eventually got an offer for an internship a few months later.
