Quality Inspector
For the specific location and role I applied for, the hiring process was quite unique. Initially, I had to submit a video interview. Based on that submission, they decided whether to proceed with the first interview, which was very professional and focused on the duties of the Quality Inspector.
- Tell me about your experience in this position or field.
- What is your level of education and how do you perceive this role?
- Can you share your experience with solving problems?
Quality Engineer
The interview process involved three behavioral interviews, starting with a HireVue assessment and concluding with an onsite interview with the direct manager and team members. The entire process spanned approximately two months before an offer was extended. The facilities were top-tier and the people were very welcoming.
- Can you describe your most successful project focused on continuous improvement?
Quality Assurance
The interview process started with a video interview that included 5 questions, some of which were in English. This was followed by an interview with the manager, lasting about an hour, covering various topics. There was very little contact from the HR team, and they seemed indifferent.
- Describe a time you had to act quickly to solve a problem.
