The first step is an online interview with questions very related to the position. The second interview is with your direct boss and it's at the plant, but it depends on each process. The questions are about your experience in process improvement and very similar to the online interview. They follow up if you have another interview or make you an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the MN position in September, and after a month, they finally responded at the end of October to move forward with the second part of the process. The second part involved answering questions about the job and soft skills. It's been three months now and I haven't heard back, so I assume it's a no. It feels like they have no respect for job seekers. This makes me think they either don't need people, are incompetent at hiring, or simply don't respect candidates.

The process wasn't great, it didn't involve actual conversation. An AI graded it, which felt like a waste of time. Everyone seemed to get an interview, but it just felt like it was there to waste our time.
