Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tetra Pak.
Graduate Program
The whole process was very long, around 2 months. There were multiple rounds: an online robot interview where you don't have a lot of time to answer questions, an online interview with classic questions, and an on-site interview with simple simulation tests that have nothing to do with engineering.
- How would you react in a given situation?
- What are three things you are good at?
Graduate Program
The whole process was super smooth and really easy to navigate. Communication was great, and the company was very quick to respond. The HR folks and managers were both supportive and nice to talk to. We had some interesting tasks for the assessment day. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you share a time you felt uncomfortable?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What motivates you to apply to Tetra Pak?
Graduate Trainee
First, there was an initial screening with HR to go over my background and qualifications. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager for the position on Cisco, where they asked questions about the company's products and services, as well as my background, internship, and projects.
- Tell me about your background and qualifications.
- What do you know about our company's products and services?
- Can you discuss your background, internship, and any projects you've worked on?
