Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tetra Pak.
Intern
Super smooth interview process, I went through HireVue and then an interview with the manager. Everything was super clear and well explained. They told me that the group activity stage was cut for the 2025 selection process, so I didn't have to do it.
- Could you tell me about your interpersonal skills?
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Intern
First you send your CV, the next part of the process is where you do an interview where you record your answers (Hire Vue), finally an interview with your future boss and someone else from human resources.
- Tell me about a time you had to deliver something with very little time.
Intern
The whole process took about a month across different departments, and they got back to me with a decision in a week. Apparently, I didn't get the internship because I needed more experience, even though it was an internship and I mentioned I wanted it because of college graduation requirements.
- Can you tell me about your goals and aspirations?
- Have you used any of our products? If yes, which ones have you used?
