First, you submit your CV with references and answer some questions about why you want the role and what makes you suitable. Then, there's a Hirevue video interview where you record answers to questions within 2-3 minutes. Finally, there are two interviews, which can be done remotely or in person.

I had a full-day interview process. It started with an HR chat where we talked about my school days since I just graduated. Then, I took online aptitude and qualitative tests at the HR office for about two hours, checking my mental ability, analysis speed, organization, attention, and time management. After a short wait, I moved to the next stage. The second interview was in a boardroom setting. I was given instructions on production planning and management in a factory. I had to read and understand them, then present a plan to the board on how I'd manage client orders and deliver on time with the available resources and machinery. This part tested my leadership, management, communication, expression, pressure handling, and attitude. The final interview was with my potential Departmental Manager and Director. This was more relaxed and focused on technical aspects of the role and the work environment. We covered topics like installations, reading circuits, material knowledge, and general engineering. They also assessed my ability to handle pressure, stay confident, and be firm in my statements. After that, we had general discussions about the job and future outlook.

It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was a basic knowledge test on mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems on the computer. The second round was a behavioral assessment on the computer. The third round was with the Team Lead, covering general questions about safety, my work experience, and challenges I faced in previous roles.
