Manager
So first they look at your resume, then there's a call to see if you're a good fit and qualified. After that, you might have some technical tests, more chats with people on the team or other managers, and then a final interview to make sure you vibe with the company culture and are right for the job.
- Tell me about your experience with management.
- What's your style when it comes to managing people?
- How do you deal with team members who aren't performing well?
Manager
The process had 4 steps: first, an HR call to walk through the role. Then, three different sets of interviews based on three different roles. Finally, a country head interview where they asked questions related to the field.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What motivates your interest in this particular position?
Assistant Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral questions where I had to talk about how I handled specific situations and what the outcome was for the project. It felt like a relatively easy interview, and the manager I spoke with was very nice when asking the questions.
- Can you share an instance where you guided a team through a difficult period?
