So, the interview process usually goes like this: First, HR looks over your application to see if you've got the right stuff and seem like a good fit. Then, there's a quick phone call to chat about your experience, what you're aiming for, and to check out your basic skills. After that, you'll probably do some technical tests or coding challenges to see how good you are technically. For the main interviews, which could be onsite or remote, they'll dig deep into your technical skills and how you solve problems. They'll also want to know about your soft skills, how you work with others, and your general approach to solving issues. You might have to present solutions or work on some live problems. They also check if you'd fit in with the company culture and values. Finally, there are interviews with the big bosses or important people, and then it's about negotiating the offer, covering pay, benefits, and what everyone expects. After all that, they might do some reference checks and sort out the final offer.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position and company?
