The interview was super project-based. We really got into the weeds about my experience with ISO 15118 and NACS validation. The interviewer dug deep into technical basics, particularly ASIL D requirements and how pre-charge circuits work physically. No coding was asked of me since the technical chat took up the whole time. It was tough but felt fair, a real deep dive into high voltage systems.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty chill, with 1 technical and 2 behavioral rounds plus 1 recruiter call. It totally depends on the team and managers and whether they end up liking u or not. So it's super subjective. Being likable matters more than anything else.

I received an email with a test assessment link about 2 weeks after I applied. It was a 90 min test with SQL, C#, Python and ISTQB questions that were not easy. I should spend 90 min (+ preparation, + relax after) when I still didn't discuss visa sponsorship, salary and other aspects of the role. I didn't pass this test because I am not good with C# and Python (a bit weird they gave me this test when I don't have anything about these languages in my CV).
