It was a nice process, but quite long. Interesting people, very specific requirements for the role and communication skills. Fast feedback from the team and lovely people. Why did you choose Tesla?

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews. In the first one, the interviewer seemed pretty new to interviewing. They were nice, but didn’t really know how to lead or structure the interview. The second interview ended up being one of the worst I’ve had. It was meant to be a behavioral interview, but instead of asking about my past experiences, they immediately started asking technical questions. The interviewer felt like an annoyed robot, just focused on checking off items on their checklist from the very start. They also stressed how fast-paced the work would be and said there would be basically no training period.
