Behavioral Group Presentation

Group discussion with a presentation from the management and team leads. Tesla test ride around Manchester to get familiar with the car. Group task – giving examples of marketing, advertising and social media practices and outlets and what we know about them. Giving examples of adverts and content that we believe are successful and why. Then I had my individual interview with questions about previous experience, skillset, achievements, and expectations. My last task was a group discussion/task about the best customer service practices and how to be a good advisor.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your biggest achievement. Have you made mistakes and what did you learn from them? Share an example of a challenging situation. Have you handled difficult customers? Give an example of a skill that you had to pick up quickly.

Arrived 15 minutes early only to end up waiting until 10 minutes after my interview time to be seen late. My interview was set for half an hour. The questions were simple but I felt mislead. I was told I would be interviewing with 2 people, not 3. Probably should've walked out when they were late but I figured I would give them a chance. My interview was suddenly cut short by 10 minutes and one interviewer in particular was rude and cold. You don’t whisper behind someone’s back when they are still in ear range walking out. Super unprofessional and disturbing. Luckily I am coming in with a job, a great life and family. I shudder to think how someone down on their luck or dealing with a recent tragedy would have felt walking out. For shame. A total waste of my precious time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How would you use your past management experience at Tesla to make sure you are successful in this role?
