Got a message from a recruiter on a job site. I had two phone interviews. They said the process was a phone interview, then a panel interview, and then an offer. Each step was about 1-2 weeks apart. The phone interview with the hiring manager wasn't super technical, but asked general tech and some leadership stuff.

The interview process was okay. It started with a pre-screen, then a video call with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview. There was a lot of waiting around for updates between the pre-screen and the video call, like a whole month. I got a verbal offer, but then they took it back three weeks later without much explanation or follow-up, which was a bummer.
