The hiring manager reached out to me about the job opening since they had my resume on file. It was an easy interview, and 3 weeks later the hiring manager said I was the top candidate and that they would send me an offer soon. Two months go by and was told 3 separate times that I would get an offer letter, but I did not get one and was ghosted.

Interview process went great! Interviewed with a panel of team leaders and the Site Manager. Everyone was professional and courteous. Would have loved to join their team. After a 30-minute video conference and 3-hour in-person interview, over a month ago, still have not received a decision. All 3 update requests within the past month have been replied with, "your candidacy is still being considered, but we have one more candidate to interview this week and we should be making a decision by end of the week." I am still waiting to hear back, which is not owed to me, but they confirmed they would get back to me regardless of the outcome of their decision.
