All these good ppl are gone now so doesn't apply to treatmemt field ppl receive now and hear some of best corporate filed ppl are in jeopardy and soon will be eliminated bc they don't need them. I been here before they started this when they were personal and cared about ppl so it was a call to ask how I was doing and to find and agree on date and time agreement btwn both. Used be professional. I've seen recent ppl sitting in office for over hour bc managers gotten tied up w/some executive in corporate wanting to talk bout president being gone directors being let go and how great "they" executives are and have ran bigger companies than terminix.

I got to the interview location on time, but the building was locked and no one answered the phone. I was eventually contacted through Facebook and ended up having the interview days later over the phone. It felt very unprofessional, like they didn't value my time or effort. It seemed like they didn't care about professional standards at all. They didn't apologize for the wasted time and acted like they were being blamed unfairly. The local manager was rude and cold, but the District or Area Manager was much more professional, knew their stuff, and was friendly.

I saw the ad on CareerBuilders and applied. First, I spoke with the department manager. A few days later, the branch manager contacted me and set up a second interview. After a drug screen, background check, and driver's license check, I was offered the position. I had a realistic job preview the next day.
