It was a pleasant experience, a recruiter reached out and got things started. Then I had an interview with the branch manager, who was also very personable and professional. He followed the process well and asked relevant questions, giving a good overview of what he was looking for. We found common ground for potential collaboration. The third interview was with the regional manager, which was a completely different experience. His questions were less relevant to the business and more focused on 'why' aspects of my resume. He didn't add much about the position unless prompted, and his responses were arrogant, suggesting he holds all the power and that anyone called into his office is in trouble and likely to be fired, projecting a 'get out' attitude. It makes sense now why branch manager positions and others turn over so frequently, with two in the past year.

I submitted an online application, which was quite long. I got an email saying I wasn't quite what they were looking for, but then they called me about the position anyway. A few weeks later, the recruiter called me for a brief phone interview. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the branch manager, which seemed to go well. Then I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager and later with the HR manager. I thought everything went well, but then they called and mentioned that other offices might be a better fit and asked if I'd consider relocating. No regrets were sent about the position.

After that, there were separate interviews with the branch manager, regional manager, and regional HR manager. The whole experience felt like it took a long time, dragging on for about a month, with a different person each week. It seems like a good company, but the hiring process really takes too long.
