I applied one day and got an email the same day for a phone interview. The next day, I got an email to come in for a group interview. We arrived at 8 and finished around 10. Seven of us went in for the group interview with three ladies asking questions. They asked three questions total, then stepped out and said they would let us know immediately. About 10 minutes later, a lady came in and called people out for a second interview. After the second interview, the same lady took us to HR, and they hired us all. The starting pay is $13/hr. We have to take a drug test within 48 hours and will start a week later. We'll have 6 weeks of training Monday-Friday from 8-5pm, then we'll work 3 ten-hour days and two 5-hour days.

First I filled out an application online. About a month later, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. That call was pretty standard, asking about times I dealt with customer service issues. After that, they had me come in for an in-person interview, which started as a group orientation. They went over the job details, pay, work hours, and benefits (which kick in after 90 days). Then, they called people in one by one to interview with a supervisor. If the supervisor liked you, they'd ask you to wait, and another supervisor would come in for a second interview. About two hours after that, I got a call saying I got the job.

Applied online and got an interview the next day. The recruiter said it would be business professional, but when I got there, I was the only one dressed like that. Everyone else was in casual clothes. Maybe they wanted to see who would put in extra effort! The interview was a bunch of questions asking me to name and describe specific situations. The two interviewers seemed like they didn't really want to be there, like they had more important stuff going on, which is probably true. They did answer my questions though, but weren't super friendly, which was a bit of a bummer. Less than an hour later, I got a call with a job offer, and I took it.
