The selection process has two stages. First, there's a group activity where candidates are split into teams to solve a problem. The second stage is also a group thing: candidates give a group presentation, and after that, some are chosen for one-on-one interviews with the editors. In these interviews, they ask about the candidate, their experience, and other stuff.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process included chats with HR, the hiring manager, and a general manager. We talked about my technical skills, past experiences, and how I'd fit with the company culture and goals. Each part was a good chance to discuss expectations, job challenges, and growth chances, making it clear what the role involves and what's expected.

I applied in late April, then did some online tests (reading comprehension, logic, and cultural fit). In the same week, I was called for an online interview, which was just one question, asking me to talk a bit about myself. A few weeks later (2 or 3), I was called for an in-person process in Olímpia. I couldn't make it to the in-person process, but 2 weeks after that, they said there would be an online interview, but didn't give any more details. A week after that, they called me for an online interview. The interview was less than 20 minutes, with 7 people from the company (one from HR, and the rest I believe were managers; not everyone had their camera on, and one or two introduced themselves when asking a question). I think it was an interview with all the other candidates too, and they didn't say which area you were applying for, just that a manager would appear, ask a question (if they wanted to, I guess), and sometimes ask if I was interested in the area. As soon as I joined, the HR person introduced themselves, thanked me, and asked me to introduce myself, then the questions came. The questions were basically: the HR person asked me things from my resume, a manager would appear and ask questions about their area, then another would come and ask questions about their area, and it went on like that until no one had more questions, they would thank me, ask if I had questions, and then it would end.
