Senior UX Designer
Short two week process: talk with recruiter, have one or two interviews with the team, hopefully get an offer. For the designer role, I had to do a whiteboard challenge but I think this process has changed since I went through the process.
- Can you describe your design process?

Technical SEO Director
The interview process was about 4 rounds. Started with a recruiter screen. Then had individual interviews and one group interview. They asked me to walk through a specific win, which involved showing real data, the strategy I used, and the outcome. The interviewers used a lot of 'buzz' language, so I made sure to stay up-to-date on what's hot in the SEO community and mention those things.
- Tell me about a time you had to adjust to a sudden change in SEO strategy or an algorithm update. What was your approach, and what happened in the end?
Content Specialist
I am making this review of my interview experience with Terakeet. I was interviewing for a senior position and the company recruiter was fantastic to talk to, great experience on the phone, friendly and enthusiastic. No problem. After our 30-minute phone call, the recruiter messaged me via email that I was going to the next round of interviews. Fantastic! I slotted three time slots for a zoom interview with the hiring team via the calendar link I was sent. (Within 2 to 3 days time frame after the phone call for next round). I even sent a follow-up email to the recruiter letting them know that I slotted the times I am available for the zoom call on the calendar they provided. But after 7 business days, I have yet to hear from them and the recruiter. No response. I feel ghosted and abandoned in the hiring process when there was clearly intent of moving me forward. This is unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Why waste a candidate's time? Additionally, there was a disclaimer in the email sent to me by the recruiter to "please be advised to check your spam folder or promotions tab in case our emails are incorrectly delivered to your inbox." I checked my spam folder and other folders, no such emails are found. No follow up or even an outreach for a reschedule was provided. If you want to work at this place, think twice before applying.
- Can you tell me about your SEO experience?
Digital Marketing Specialist
The recruiter reached out about the job, mentioning salary, and I confirmed my interest. The initial recruiter chat was straightforward and pleasant, with easy questions. A few days later, I was invited to two consecutive 30-minute interviews with potential supervisors. The whole team was friendly, and I got a good sense of the role's duties. Unfortunately, I received a generic rejection email less than a week later, which felt impersonal given our prior communication.
- Could you start by reviewing your resume and explaining your interest in this role?
- Describe a situation where a customer expressed dissatisfaction with a service and detail your response.
- Can you share an instance where you received criticism or feedback?
