Test Development Engineer
It was a 2 part interview process. HR communicated with me about setting up meetings, but I never actually spoke with them. First, I had an hour-long interview on Microsoft Teams with the team manager. About two weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview. I met with 5-6 different people over a 3-hour period. These interviews included questions about my experience and resume, and then a significant number of technical questions related to circuit theory.
- Given a block diagram, explain how you would debug a circuit if there was an issue at a particular location.
Test Development Engineer
Met them first at a career fair, then had a chill phone chat. After that, I did a tough circuit analysis and coding test. Got an offer email about a week later.
- Can you explain Ohm's Law?
Test Engineer
The interview process started with an on-campus interview where I was asked about basic electronics concepts and to describe a project. Then came a very long second round, a 6-hour interview (with a 1-hour lunch break) with five team members. They grilled me on everything I had learned during my four years of engineering, covering analog and digital electronics, basic C/C++ programming, and digital signal processing.
- Regarding VHDL and Logic gates, how would you design a serial in, parallel out system?
