It's gonna be about 3-4 rounds total. First, you'll chat with the hiring manager for a screening. Then, you'll meet with the project director, followed by the department's Director, and then a Client partner. If that all goes well, the project director or line manager will interview you again to talk about expectations. HR will have the last chat to see if you're a good cultural fit.

Behavioral

I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a Teradata recruiter for a remote project manager role. First, I had a chat with the recruiter. Then, I got an email with an interview time. I replied about 15 hours later, confirming I could make it, but got another email 5 hours after that saying the slot was taken. They offered a new time and asked me to reply faster. I confirmed I could make the new slot too. The interview was set for 30 minutes with 2 PMs. One PM was 8 minutes late, so we waited. Then they said they had a hard stop in 22 minutes and asked me to keep my answers brief. They asked about relocation, and I said no, even though the recruiter said it was remote. They then said it wasn't. The entire interview felt like a waste of my time.
