The interview process went very well until the end. I interviewed with 4 people and the process took about 2 months. Since every subsequent interview was dependent on a successful previous interview, I assumed they went well. After the last interview, I was told they will review feedback and contact me afterward. I didn't receive a call in 2 weeks. So I contacted the recruiter and she again said they are gathering feedback. After another 1 week, I sent another email asking if they were still interested. It's been 2 weeks since that email and no response. I wish they were courteous enough to tell their interviewees they didn't get the job. I had completed the last interview and was really excited about the idea of working for Think Big and even thought about turning down other offers. I feel they could have put me in a very precarious situation by not responding.

This was a terrible experience, I was treated poorly and advise others to avoid this company. The process started with an online technical test, which I passed. Next, I had a 90-minute technical interview involving coding, also passed. The final interview was with the hiring manager, and I received a draft offer by email with salary and contract details. A few days later, they asked about relocating to Rome. When I declined, as I had applied for the Milan position, everything stalled with ridiculous excuses. Initially, there was talk of 'due diligence,' then suddenly Hadoop became mandatory. The whole thing took 3 months, and throughout, the people I spoke with repeatedly assured me Hadoop wasn't required and that training was available, just like the job post said. The Milan position I was offered has since been reposted without the Hadoop requirement. It feels like they're making a mockery of candidates.
